What is the return policy?
We gladly take returns! Please contact us and we can arrange it. You will have to pay for return shipping though.
When will I get my order?
Shipments are usually shipped out from out premises same day. As we ship from the EU, shipping is usually quite quick. It takes something like 5-7 days, but in some areas it takes over a week.
When will X perfume be available?
We add new stock periodically, if there is anything specific you want, please contact us!

How good are your receipts?
Currently they are made out of normal writing paper, not the usual receipt material. This is great for sending pictures to your customers, but not good enough to include with the perfume. We are currently working on improving them.
